Terms & Agreement

• Rent is $620/month (water, electric, sewer included) • 30-60 day trial period. 1 year lease only (this is a stepping stone, not long term). • Residents are expected to contribute to gardening, maintenance, and land projects. •Residents must be comfortable participating in content creation. • Residents receive a lifetime Arcane Acres membership after completion.

This is not a passive RV park — it is an active, collaborative environment focused on growth, learning, and contribution. This is a chance to build skills and learn hands on before buying land and venturing into your own homestead/permaculture journey.

Meet Your Host

The youngest of 4 kids, I grew up in a small suburb of Chicago surrounded by corn fields. At 9 years old, my family relocated to the Ozarks of Arkansas. My parents always planted a garden growing up. A core memory and something I wouldn’t value til later in life.

After highschool I moved to Los Angeles to work in the film industry. I built a career behind the camera and am grateful to have had a lot of cool opportunities. Then 2020 rolled around, the plandemic shut down the nation, and I decided the city was no place for a freedom loving country boy like myself. So I packed up and moved back home to good ole Arkansas. I now run my own media production company & an agency to help others build their own content-based businesses & personal brands.

Back in Arkansas, where life moves slow, I had plenty of time to research and reflect on everything happening in the world. It became increasingly clear that those in power, the ones there to help us, were actively working against us. Actively poisoning the population.

• Poisoning our minds with degenerate media and propaganda.

• Poisoning our bodies with unhealthy foods and pharmaceuticals.

• Poisoning our livelihood with inflation and relentless taxation.

• And worst of all, poisoning our spirit by promoting, encouraging, and enabling sin at every corner we turn.

I knew the only path forward was extreme sovereignty and building a tight knit community of like-minded individuals.

I bought this property in February, 2025 with one goal: self-reliance. The plan: build a food forest & begin homesteading. I got to work, made a lot of progress, and realized just how important other people are on this path. Self-sufficiency is great, but without tight-knit communities we’ll never create lasting change. Arcane Acres is a place for people to come together, learn, grow, and create lasting relationships that will help them on their own journey to self-sufficiency. Together we can build not just a food forest, but a better way of life.
